1. GENERAL

Welcome to KUI Studio. By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.
2. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

• All products are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

• Prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and may be updated without prior notice.
3. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

• No returns or refunds are accepted once an order has been completed.

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

• Exchanges outside this period will not be accepted.
4. DAMAGED ITEMS

• All items are thoroughly inspected and quality-checked before dispatch.

• If you receive an item that is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us on the same day of receipt with photo evidence.

• Damaged items reported on the same day will be exchanged immediately at no additional cost.

• Items that have been used, mishandled, or reported as damaged after several days or weeks will not be eligible for exchange.
5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

• Orders are delivered within Qatar only (unless otherwise stated).

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and will be communicated at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control.
6. LIABILITY

• KUI Studio is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or improper care of items after delivery.

• Colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly from website images due to lighting, screen settings, or natural variations.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, including images, product designs, and text on this website, is the property of KUI Studio.

• No part of this website may be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.
8. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.
